The Fenway Library Organization (FLO) provides hosting and maintenance for HELM's shared Koha ILS installation. FLO also participates in HELM planning and activities and provides additional technical support. HELM libraries join FLO as either full or affiliate members. Additional member benefits enjoyed by FLO member libraries include resource sharing, staff development, and technical consulting.
