How to Join HELM
Libraries interested in joining HELM must apply to the Board of Directors and receive a majority vote. Member libraries must be colleges and universities in the Massachusetts Public Higher Education system.
Libraries interested in joining HELM are encouraged to reach out well in advance of their desired migration date; lead time of two years or more may required to complete a migration.
The next openings for new HELM libraries will come in FY2026.
