Salary Negotiations/ Expectations - with the Candidates

  • Be sure to include if there are (or aren't) opportunities for growth with this position at your institution. It is important for candidates to make a fair assessment about joining your team.
  • State any contractual obligations involving unions or collective bargaining arrangements. Provide a copy of the employee contract and information about membership rules.
  • Communicate results of hiring process to those involved in the search and key stakeholders who may of provided input at presentations or meetings throughout the hiring process.
