Why is the Accessibility Toolkit Important?

It’s about Justice and Equity - Libraries are structured to welcome and serve all, regardless of ability. Accessibility means fairness in the provision of online services!

It’s the Law - From the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act in 1990 to the coming Title II standard in 2026, meeting accessibility standards is the law!  Learn more about ADA Title II regulations: implications for libraries.
